These terms apply to the PaperDay app for Android, developed by Hugo Software. By using the app you agree to them.

The service

PaperDay is a paper-themed calendar and diary app. It displays events from your device calendar and lets you decorate daily pages with drawings, text, stickers and washi tape. The core app is free.

PaperDay Plus

"PaperDay Plus" is an optional one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription) processed by Google Play. It permanently unlocks extras such as a personal monogram stamp, alternate app icons and additional paper & washi colours on the Google account that purchased it. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

Your content

Everything you create in PaperDay (drawings, notes, stickers, washi) is yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for the content you create and for the photos you import.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app in any unlawful way, and don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it except as permitted by law.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". Weather, sunrise and sunset data come from a third-party service (Open-Meteo) and are informational only — accuracy is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hugo Software is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
