Common questions

My calendar events don't appear. PaperDay needs calendar permission to read the calendar on your device. Go to Android Settings → Apps → PaperDay → Permissions and allow Calendar. Events sync from the calendar apps already on your phone — PaperDay doesn't create its own events.

The Tape Cutter shows a black screen. The washi Tape Cutter needs camera permission. Allow Camera in the app's permission settings. If your device has no camera, the app falls back to picking a photo instead.

Weather doesn't show. Weather needs an internet connection. If you denied location permission, weather is shown for a default city instead of your location.

I bought PaperDay Plus but it's locked. Purchases are tied to your Google account. Make sure you're signed into the same Google account you purchased with, open the Plus screen and the purchase will be restored automatically. If it still doesn't work, email us.
